The only exception to this is the Legacy of Nightmares set. It is a blast to play compared to the regular LoN FoK variation, and currently seems to have a higher potential, too.Diablo III has been focused around 6-piece set item dominance for quite some time now. I covered pretty much everything in there, including some math and strategies and I show some clips of how to play the build properly in different situations.Īs this build is pretty tough to gear for and execute properly, this guide is mainly focused on advanced players who like to delve into solo a little more. I intend this guide mainly to be watched, so the written version doesn't contain much and I recommend you check out the video. This is the advanced version of the regular LoN FoK build, including Shi Mizu's Haori for permanent 100% crit chance. Utility: Area damage, RCR, don't put anything into life on hit Build Guide Offense: CHD, then CDR, rest is almost irrelevantĭefense: Allres, armor, life, don't put anything into lifereg You can roll off the damage range from your offhand and use it as a stackstick because FoK does not scale with it. Try to stack Area Damage on every single slot, make sure you have permanent Vengeance uptime (1 CDR item with Leoric's Crown, else 3 CDR items, maybe more if you have a bad Dawn) and stack vitality / allres otherwise. You can use Visage of Gunes + Death's Bargain instead of Leoric's Crown + Hexing Pants, that makes the build easier to play but is around 1-2 tiers weaker. Try to get rid of all CHC on your gear, and it is mandatory that you do not have any life regen, life on hit or life after kill, as this will make Shi Mizu unplayable. This effect rotates through the elements available to your class in the following order: Arcane, Cold, Fire, Holy, Lightning, Physical, Poison. Reduce the cooldown of Vengeance by 50 - 65%.
